PRICING
6 Hour Rental: $750.00 (plus tax)
4pm Earliest start time | 2am latest finishing time
Linens/Candles: $100.00
Open Bar subject to 15% Gratuity
DEPOSIT: 50% of Rental Fee
The deposit can be made by paying in-store, by calling in a credit card to the cafe at 306-652-3363, or by e-transfer to theundergroundcoffeeco@gmail.com

Deposits are non-refundable
Capacity of 60 persons
Dates are not held until deposit is received
No outside beverages
No confetti or other micro-plastics
Smoking not permitted on the patio
Dining wares/utensils not provided for outside catering

““Rented the space for 50th/60th Birthday Party. Had a Just under 50 people and the space was the perfect size. The available Bar meant we didn’t have to supply liquor, and the option to bring our own food saved a large cost. The Karaoke added a fun aspect. I think the party would have been petering out by 10 if we didnt have it. As it was we ran right into our limit of 1am! Friendly staff and a plethora of song options made this a great experience. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome.”
